Vladimir Putin praised the preparation and organization of the G8 Summit in Evian.
The Russian and French Presidents discussed the situation in the Middle East, North Korea and further cooperation between Russia and the EU.
They paid particular attention to bilateral cooperation in the aerospace sphere, to the participation of French companies in major energy projects on Russian territory and cooperation in education.
