The document said, in part:
“It is gratifying to know that our countries’ traditionally friendly relations have been raised to a qualitatively new level of allied strategic partnership.
“I am convinced that all-round cooperation between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kyrgyzstan will develop dynamically for the benefit of our peoples and in the interests of strengthening the Commonwealth of Independent States.”
