Moscow and Seoul have shared views on a number of international problems, President Putin said at the meeting. In recent years, the relations between Russia and the Republic of Korea had been maintained at a fairly high level and are developing at a brisk pace. The Russian President expressed confidence that this trend would continue.
The South Korean President agreed that bilateral relations were developing in a positive fashion. He praised the constructive role of Russia in solving the nuclear problem on the Korean Peninsula.
