President Vladimir Putin said that a very important issue in development of transport in Russia is the creation of an optimal model of financing transport projects. The capabilities of the state budget and private capital should be flexibly combined as the role of private investment in the transport system grows.
For the development of transport, new forms of prospective projection and planning are required, along with the stimulus of innovations and the creation of favourable investment conditions.
