Meeting with General Director of the Bolshoi Theatre Anatoly Iksanov and Artistic Director of the Mariinsky Theatre Valery Gergiyev, President Vladimir Putin said the amount of money needed for the two theatres’ reconstruction should be clearly defined and work should begin without delay.
The main task is to draw up realistic reconstruction plans, ensure the required administrative and financial support and keep strictly to the set deadlines.
