The President of Russia expressed his confidence that relations between Monaco and Russia, especially in the spheres of cultural exchanges and tourism which have been personally promoted by Albert II over the last few years, will further develop. The Russian head of state's message reads: “Russia is open to deepening mutually advantageous cooperation in other areas, including in the exploration of the North Pole.”
