The message reads, in particular:
“The considerable economic, social and other achievements of the friendly people of Kazakhstan over the last few years are the guarantee of your country’s continued advancement along the road of progress. This was clearly illustrated by the outcome of the recent presidential election.
Kazakhstan’s consistent policy of developing integration processes in the Eurasian area and building up cooperation in regional organisations has gained deserved recognition.
I am sure that the relations of good-neighbourliness and partnership between Russia and Kazakhstan will continue to grow stronger to the benefit of both our countries and in the interests of stability and security in Central Asia”.
