The Chairwoman of the Council presented the President the results of monitoring and implementing recommendations made by the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Council of Europe, Alvaro Gil-Robles, following a trip to Russia in 2004.
At the meeting they also discussed problems concerning indemnification for lost property and housing in Chechnya.
