The President’s message reads, in particular:
“Russia and Belgium have built up solid experience of cooperation over the past years. The friendship between our two countries is cemented by the respect and sympathy our peoples feel for each other and by our awareness of the historical and cultural unity of Europe. These good traditions continue today, when our countries are working actively together in a very broad range of areas, both bilateral and multilateral.
I am sure that the relations between Russia and Belgium will continue to be an example of successful and harmonious development on the European continent.”
