The modifications stipulate that the federal law “On Placing Orders for the Delivery of Goods, Execution of Work, and the Provision of Services for Federal and Municipal Needs” does not apply in instances in which services are provided for international financial organisations established in accordance with the international agreements to which the Russian Federation is a party, as well as international financial organisations with which the Russian Federation has concluded international agreements.
