On October 23, the President will visit the Southern Federal Centre for Sports Training Yug Sport Stadium, where he will meet with members of the Russian Student Sports Clubs Association (SSCA), which will be meeting for its second congress. The students will tell Mr Putin about the most important events the SSCA has organised since its establishment, and will discuss student sport’s continued development in Russia.
Mr Putin gave his support to SSCA’s creation at a meeting with representatives of students’ sports clubs in January 2013.

The President will meet on the same day with Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the United Arab Emirates Armed Forces Mohammed bin Zayed Al-Nahyan.
The talks will examine the full range of relations between Russia and the UAE, especially in the investment and energy sectors, and there will be an exchange of views on current regional issues.

On October 24, Mr Putin will take part in the final plenary session of the Valdai International Discussion Club’s 11th meeting, which is taking place in Sochi under the theme The World Order: New Rules or a Game without Rules?
The plenary session will sum up the results of the club’s three days of work, which analysed the factors eroding the current system of institutions and norms of international law.
Taking part in the club’s work this year are 108 experts, historians and political analysts from 25 countries, including 62 foreign participants.
