The Head of Ingushetia briefed the President on the republic’s socioeconomic situation, as well as implementation of several major investment projects.
In particular, the discussion addressed the creation of Ingushetia’s own generation facilities, import substitution of agricultural products, and a project to build cultural centres in small towns of 7,000 to 20,000 residents. Yunus-Bek Yevkurov also noted that the republic is celebrating the 245th anniversary since Ingushetia voluntarily became a part of Russia. Celebratory events are planned for June 6.
