President of Russia Vladimir Putin: Colleagues,
The Prime Minister addressed the Duma yesterday. In my opinion, he held a very substantive conversation with Duma deputies and told them about the Government’s plans and what has been done.
However, now I would like to talk with you about the results and the course of the direct line. You know that many questions were asked and they are most assuredly vital for each citizens of the country.
A list of instructions has been drafted. I asked Mr Medvedev to follow up on the implementation of everything that is described here but, of course, it would be appropriate for us to talk about the most sensitive issues at today’s meeting.
