The meeting participants touched upon various international matters and exchanged opinions on the situation in southeastern Ukraine in the context of preparations for a Normandy Format meeting, scheduled to be held on December 9.
Current issues of Russia’s socioeconomic development were discussed.
The meeting was attended by State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin, Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office Anton Vaino, Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev, Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu, Federal Security Service Director Alexander Bortnikov and Foreign Intelligence Service Director Sergei Naryshkin.
