In the most difficult situations, they showed the utmost professionalism, dedication, composure, fellowship, true camaraderie, and solidarity.
You are justifiably proud of belonging to this strong, united team, as well as of the immense contribution that service workers make to prevent emergencies at Russia’s mining enterprises. And of course, you show your deepest respect to the labour traditions of veterans.
I am confident that the Mine Rescue Service of the Russian Emergencies Ministry will further boost its potential and promptly achieve all the tasks that it sets.”
