The Government of the Russian Federation, in cooperation with executive bodies of the Donetsk People’s Republic and the Lugansk People’s Republic, and the military and civil administrations of the Zaporozhye, Kharkov and Kherson regions, were instructed to make arrangements for lump-sum payments of 10,000 rubles to either of the parents (legal representatives) of children aged 6 to 18 (provided that the child has turned 6 by September 1, 2022) residing in the Donetsk People’s Republic, the Lugansk People’s Republic and in the Zaporozhye, Kharkov and Kherson regions if these children start school in these territories not later than September 15, 2022.
