Over the years, the union has brought together the managers of over 2,500 secondary special education institutions in various sectors and has done a lot to maintain and promote the wonderful traditions of the national professional education system. I am delighted to note that you help your students to master future careers, and that you prioritise their patriotic and moral upbringing. Of course, you also make a substantial contribution to implementing projects to exchange the best pedagogical experience and practices between educators and mentors at technical vocational training schools and colleges.
I would like to note that the development of the national economy and the social sphere, as well as the well-being of the people and the entire country, largely depend on graduates of secondary special education institutions, their quest for new knowledge and skills and their striving to master the latest competences.
I am confident that your forum will prove constructive and businesslike, and that its recommendations will help formulate advanced standards for training skilled specialists and addressing the tasks of creating new jobs.”
