Under your guidance, Uzbekistan has achieved significant successes in the social sphere and the economy, and has consolidated its positions on the international stage.
It is difficult to overstate your personal contribution to developing the strategic partnership and alliance between our states, as well as fostering productive bilateral cooperation in all areas.
I fondly remember our recent fruitful talks in Tashkent. I would be delighted to continue our constructive dialogue and close joint work for the benefit of the friendly peoples of Russia and Uzbekistan.”
