Bauman Moscow State Technical University (MSTU) is one of Russia’s oldest higher engineering education institutions, founded on July 13, 1830. Its development strategy until 2030 aims to transform it into a full-cycle innovation university and achieve maximum integration into the state’s scientific and technological agenda.

Under the federal project Creation of a Network of Modern Campuses, 14 MSTU buildings were constructed or restored between 2021 and 2024, including the Spectrum and Strela dormitory complexes, the congress centre, and the Palace of Technologies exhibition and educational media space. The new campus’s total designed capacity accommodates 8,900 students.
