I would like to express my gratitude for your efficient and responsible service in the interests of the Russian state, society, and all citizens of our country.
The history of the bailiff service spans several centuries. A particularly significant chapter is linked to the Great Reforms of the19th-century Russia, when, 160 years ago, bailiffs became an essential part of the modernised judicial system, ensuring its effective operation. In today’s Russia, drawing on the best national traditions, your service played a vital role in strengthening the unified system of justice, upholding the rule of law, and affirming the constitutional values and principles of a state governed by law.
The broad powers and safeguards entrusted to bailiffs, combined with their accumulated professional experience, enable them to ensure the strict and consistent enforcement of judicial decisions, carry out investigative activities and assist in locating individuals who have violated the law. They also make a substantial contribution to replenishing budgets at all levels and play an important role in protecting people’s rights, including the rights of children and other citizens requiring special care and support.
Today, I would like to extend my special gratitude to those employees who diligently carry out their duties in the historic regions of Donbass and Novorossiya, as well as in border towns and villages facing challenging operational conditions.
It remains crucial to continue enhancing effectiveness across all key areas of enforcement proceedings. I want to stress that in every situation, your actions must be decisive, correct, and respectful of each individual. Always remember that you serve the country and the people of Russia, and that your mission is to uphold the law and ensure justice.
