The message reads, in part:
“It is wonderful to see your tournament steadily growing, introducing more and more boys and girls from across the country to sport, and providing a platform for developing talent, fair competition, and friendly interaction. These traditional competitions also make a significant contribution to popularising the rich pedagogical and creative legacy of Anatoly Rakhlin – a remarkable man, an outstanding coach, and a true mentor.
I am confident that this year’s competition will be held to a high standard, will be remembered for its many exciting and memorable moments, and will inspire young participants to new victories, both in sport and in life.”
