Let me emphasise that we sincerely treasure our rich historical, cultural and spiritual legacy, with a focus on preserving the unique traditions and customs of the peoples inhabiting Russia. Their vibrant and unique art makes us proud. I am very pleased to note therefore that your wonderful project has been so popular among young people and has been attracting more participants every year.
I am convinced that the 3rd National Children’s Folk Art Festival will be a great success, offering its spectators a chance to enjoy performances by folk, dance and choir ensembles, leaving unforgettable impressions. Of course, it must help promote the values of our multi-ethnic culture among young people.”
