Amendments to law on destroying chemical weapons 2011-04-23 09:05:00 Dmitry Medvedev signed Federal Law On Amendments to Article 5 of the Federal Law On Chemical Weapons Destruction. The amendments concern the legal organisational form of a chemical weapons destruction facility. Chemical weapons, chemical weapons storage facilities and chemical weapons destruction facilities represent assets withdrawn from use, which fall under the exclusive supervision of the Russian Federation and represent Federal property managed by the Government of the Russian Federation in accordance with the established procedure.
