Agreement on Common Principles and Rules for Technical Regulation in Customs Union Member States has been submitted to the State Duma for ratification 2011-05-10 10:00:00 Dmitry Medvedev submitted to the State Duma for ratification the Agreement on Common Principles and Rules for Technical Regulation in the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation. The Agreement provides for coordinated policy in technical regulation and the formation of the Customs Union’s regulatory legal framework in this domain. It establishes different rules than those stipulated by the Russian Federation’s legislation concerning technical regulation. The Agreement was signed in St Petersburg on November 18, 2010.
