Draft federal laws on the rights of orphaned children submitted to State Duma 2011-12-27 16:40:00 Dmitry Medvedev submitted to the State Duma the following draft laws: – draft Federal Law On Public Control over the Observance of Rights of Orphaned Children and Children Without Parental Care, – draft Federal Constitutional Law On Amendments to Article 36.1 of the Federal Constitutional Law On the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation, and – draft Federal Law On Amendments to the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences.
