Taking part in the meeting from the Russian side were Presidential Aide Yury Ushakov, Russia’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the People’s Republic of China Andrei Denisov, Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu, and Director of the Federal Service for Military Technical Cooperation Alexander Fomin.
