Dmitry Medvedev introduced amendments to the Federal Law on Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances 2008-11-25 16:30:03 The new amendments prohibit privatisation of public and municipal enterprises and state institutions producing narcotics and psychotropic substances whose turnover is restricted in Russia and which are subject to control in line with the Russian legislation and international treaties.
