President Vladimir Putin met with Sonia Gandhi, Chairperson of the Indian National Congress 2002-12-04 14:20:21 New Delhi Mr Putin highly assessed the contribution of the Gandhi family to strengthening Indian-Russian friendship and cooperation. He expressed satisfaction that bilateral relations were now based on a national consensus.
