President Vladimir Putin held talks with Bulgarian Prime Minister Simeon Saxe-Coburg Gotha 2003-03-02 15:50:26 Sofia Mr Putin gave the Bulgarian Prime Minister copies of documents concerning his father, King Boris III of Bulgaria, from the archives of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Prime Minister heartily thanked him for the papers of tremendous personal value.
