President Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation with Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma 2003-08-02 13:00:45 Mr Kuchma thanked the Russian President for his recent decision to provide assistance to Ukraine and supply the country with grain. The Ukrainian President expressed his condolences on the occasion of a terrorist attack in Mozdok. The heads of state discussed the prospects for bilateral contacts. The conversation took place on Ukraine’s initiative.
