With a few exceptions, the decree ends in Russia the restrictions on trade with Iraq and the provision of financial or economic resources to Iraq imposed by UN Security Council resolution 661 of August 6, 1990, and by the corresponding subsequent resolutions, including Security Council resolution 778 of October 1992.
