President Vladimir Putin met with Thai Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra 2004-11-20 16:30:00 Santiago, Chile The meeting discussed Russian-Thai bilateral relations. Mr Putin noted that the two countries have good prospects for developing their cooperation in high-technology fields and also in the military-technical area. The President also invited the Queen of Thailand to visit Russia.
