President Vladimir Putin sent a Message of Greetings to the People of the Republic of Korea in connection with his upcoming visit to country and the Asian-Pacific Economic Cooperation forum which is taking place there 2005-11-18 05:00:00 Mr Putin’s message of greetings was published in the South Korean newspapers Chunan Ilbo and Korea Herald and was also disseminated by news agency Yonhap.
