President Vladimir Putin met with President of Vneshtorgbank Andrei Kostin 2006-03-20 14:20:13 The Kremlin, Moscow Mr Kostin informed the President of Vneshtorgbank’s plans to launch an initial public offer in 2006–2007, above all on the Russian market. It is planned to sell a considerable number of shares to the general public. Mr Kostin also reported on the activities of the Vneshtorgbank Group, which unites 16 financial institutions in Russia, western Europe, the CIS and Southeast Asia.
