President Vladimir Putin appointed Valery Kenyaikin as chairman of the State Commission for drafting a Treaty of Friendship, Good-neighbourliness, Cooperation and Mutual Security between Russia and Georgia 2006-05-02 00:00:00 Mr Kenyaikin, an ambassador for special missions with the Foreign Ministry, was also appointed to head the Russian delegation at negotiations with Georgia on military matters.
