President Vladimir Putin met with president of Transneft Semyon Vainshtok 2006-11-13 16:30:37 The Kremlin, Moscow Mr Vainshtok informed the President that Transneft would be ready to begin building an oil terminal on the Pacific coast at the beginning of 2007 as part of the Eastern Siberia-Pacific Ocean oil pipeline construction project. Mr Vainshtok also reported on work on the Burgas-Alexandropoulis pipeline project, noting that Russia has already drawn up a draft intergovernmental agreement on the pipeline’s construction and sent it to Bulgaria and Greece for approval.
