Dmitry Medvedev signed the Federal Law On Ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Federative Republic of Brazil on Reciprocal Protection of Technology in Relation to Cooperation in Exploration and Use of Outer Space for Peaceful Purposes 2009-04-10 17:00:47 The agreement, signed on December 14, 2006, establishes mutual understanding between Russia and Brazil on protecting technology in carrying out space sector cooperation in advanced technology and science-intensive areas (including rocket technology). The agreement stipulates guarantees for the safe keeping, security and prevention of misuse by the final user of protected Russian technologies and goods.
