The President signed a decree appointing Viktor Zubkov Prime Minister of Russia 2007-09-14 15:00:40 Earlier today the State Duma approved Viktor Zubkov's nomination for Prime Minister. The head of state presented his candidature to the lower chamber of the Russian parliament on Wednesday, 12 September 2007, after the resignation of the previous Prime Minister, Mikhail Fradkov.
