President Vladimir Putin met Director of the Federal Border Guard Service Konstantin Totsky 2002-06-20 20:00:54 The Kremlin, Moscow Mr Totsky briefed the President about the situation on the border including the North Caucasus and the Tajik-Afghan border. The director of the Federal Border Guard Service submitted a report on the results of a meeting in Dushanbe of the council of commanders of border guard troops of the member-states of the Commonwealth of Independent States to the President.
