Amendments to legislation concerning legal status of foreign citizens 2014-06-23 17:25:00 Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Amending Article 13–2 of Federal Law On the Legal Status of Foreign Citizens in the Russian Federation and Article 1 of Federal Law On Amending Federal Law On the Legal Status of Foreign Citizens in the Russian Federation. The Federal Law is aimed at simplifying procedures for employing on Russia’s territory highly-trained foreign experts for Russian organisations operating in the field of information technology, as well as foreign journalists working for media outlets established specifically to disseminate information in foreign languages.
