Dmitry Medvedev signed Federal Law On Ratification of Agreement between the Government of Russia and the Government of Uzbekistan on Employment and Rights of Migrant Workers 2009-06-30 11:20:25 The purpose of the Agreement, signed in Tashkent on July 4, 2007, is to regulate the employment of citizens of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Uzbekistan and citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the Russian Federation. The implementation of the Agreement will strengthen the social protection of employees in both countries and guarantee their labour rights.
