The message reads, in part: “Your creative parade has become a famous event in Russia’s musical life, and its scope and significance attract many participants from different countries around the world. This year, best military bands from Europe, North America, and the Middle East will once again demonstrate their masterful performance skills in Moscow. Meanwhile, a broad public will have the opportunity to learn about various national, performance, and military traditions through bright examples of classical, pop, and marching band music. I am certain that the Spasskaya Tower festival will serve to further develop intercultural dialogue and strengthen mutual understanding among peoples.”
