Vladimir Putin will make a working visit to France on 22 September 2006 and meet with French President Chirac 2006-09-14 00:00:00 The visit is taking place as a result of the French head of state’s invitation. Following the visit a Russian-French-German summit meeting will be held on 23 September in the suburbs of Paris.
