Dmitry Medvedev had a working meeting with Chairman of the Central Bank Sergei Ignatyev 2010-02-15 18:30:12 The Kremlin, Moscow The President said during the meeting that he has signed a law prohibiting banks from unilaterally changing rates, terms or other substantive clauses of credit agreements. Mr Medvedev asked Mr Ignatyev to oversee enforcement of this law.
