Amendments to the law on displaced persons 2010-10-18 17:00:00 Dmitry Medvedev signed Federal Law On Amending Article 7 of the Russian Federation Law on Displaced Persons. The amendments bring provisions of the Law On Displaced Persons into line with the Russian Budget Code, which stipulates allocation of budget money for social support payments to displaced persons. The amendments set out the procedures for providing displaced persons in need of housing with social support payments for the purchase of homes.
