Accreditation is open for journalists to cover Dmitry Medvedev's participation in the EU-Russia summit 2011-05-12 11:00:00 The Presidential Press and Information Office’s Department of Accreditation and Briefings is now taking accreditation requests to cover the European Union-Russia summit scheduled to take place in the first half of June 2011, in Nizhny Novgorod. Requests should be submitted using the media outlet’s official form and must include the following: – Last name, first name and patronymic (in Cyrillic and Roman letters); – Job title; – Series and number of passport; – Date of birth (day, month, year); – Place of birth; – Russian Foreign Ministry accreditation number (for foreign journalists); – Citizenship; – Expiry date of passport (for foreign citizens); – Contact telephone numbers; – Address of accommodation during the event (independent accommodation or a hotel recommended by the summit’s organising committee). Besides, colour 3 x 4 cm photos saved under the applicant's name should be forwarded to accredit@yandex.ru. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE REQUESTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
