Journalists will enter the Kremlin via the Kutafya tower (TV journalists and photographers from 8.00 until 9.30, and print media journalists from 9.30 until 10.30). Journalists must have their passports and press cards ready, and foreign journalists must have their Russian Foreign Ministry accreditation as well. The Presidential Address will be broadcast live by TV channels Rossiya and Channel One; by Russian Public Television (OTR) and on the vesti.ru web-site – with sign language interpretation. Russian TV channels’ accredited mobile satellite telecommunications stations will be installed on Sapozhkovaya Square from 7.00–22.00.
