Accreditation is open for journalists to cover Dmitry Medvedev's participation in the EU-Russia summit 2010-04-12 11:00:00 The Presidential Press and Information Office’s Department of Accreditation and Briefings is now taking accreditation requests to cover the European Union-Russia summit scheduled to take place in the second half of May 2010, in Rostov-on-Don. Requests should be submitted using the media outlet’s official form and must include the following: – Last name, first name and patronymic (in Cyrillic and Roman letters); – Job title; – Series and number of passport; – Date of birth (day, month, year); – Place of birth; – Russian Foreign Ministry accreditation number (for foreign journalists); – Citizenship; – Expiry date of passport (for foreign citizens); – Contact telephone numbers; – Address of accommodation during the event (independent accommodation or a hotel recommended by the summit’s organising committee).
