The list of Russian and foreign journalists accredited to cover the events marking the 77th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941–1945 has been published.

In accordance with the requirements of the Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare (Rospotrebnadzor) designed to prevent the spread of the coronavirus, all media representatives taking part in covering the Victory Parade must have three negative COVID-19 PCR tests, taken on May 4 or 5, May 7 and May 8 of this year.

To cover the dress rehearsal of the Victory Parade, journalists must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken on May 4 or 5.

Accreditation badges are required for events marking the 77th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. The badges for accredited media representatives will be issued at the following locations:

May 6, 11 am to 4 pm, at 10/2 Ilyinka Street, Bldg. 1, Entrance 9.

May 7 and 9, 6:30 am to 8 am, at 4 Zubovsky Boulevard, Rossiya Segodnya Press Centre.

Russian journalists must present their passports and press cards to collect their badges. Foreign journalists must show their passports and valid accreditation with the Russian Foreign Ministry.

If the badges are collected by an authorised representative of a media outlet, they must show a power of attorney on the company's letterhead signed by its editor-in-chief and listing all the names of accredited journalists, as well as photocopies of their passports.

An accreditation badge provides access to the following events:

The organisers reserve the right to turn down accreditation requests without any explanation.

The list of journalists accredited to cover Vladimir Putin’s news conference, which will take place at 12 pm Moscow time on December 23, 2021, has been published on the official website of the President of Russia, kremlin.ru (Президент.рф).

Information about the venue and entry procedures for accredited journalists has been sent to the email addresses provided in the applications.

The news conference will be broadcast live by Rossiya 1, Rossiya 24, NTV and Channel One television channels and Mayak, Vesti FM and Radio Rossii radio stations.

Sign language interpretation will be provided during a live broadcast by Russian Public Television (OTR) and on its website (http://www.otr-online.ru/online/).

The list of Russian and foreign journalists accredited to cover the events marking the 76^th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War has been published.

In accordance with the updated requirements of the Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare (Rospotrebnadzor) designed to prevent the spread of the coronavirus, it is recommended that all media representatives taking part in covering the Victory Parade have three negative PCR tests for COVID-19, taken on April 30, May 6 and May 8, 2021.

Accreditation badges are required to cover the events marking the 76^th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War.

The list of journalists accredited to cover the annual Presidential Address to the Federal Assembly, which will take place at 12 pm on April 21 in the Manezh Central Exhibition Hall, has been published.

Accredited media representatives will be able to receive their badges from 10 am until 5 pm on April 20 and at from 8.30 am until 10.30 am on April 21, at Ilyinka Street, 14/2, entrance 7.

Journalists are to have their passports and press cards, and foreign journalists are to also have their Russian Foreign Ministry accreditation in order to collect an accreditation badge.

If badges are collected by a media outlet representative, he or she should show a power of attorney on the company’s letterhead signed by the editor-in-chief and listing the names of accredited journalists, as well as photocopies of their passports.

On April 21, journalists will enter the Manezh via Sapozhkovaya Square (television journalists and photographers – from 8:00 until 9:30 am; print media journalists – from 9:30 until 11:00 am). Journalists need to have their passports, accreditation badges, and three printed certificates with a negative PCR test. Foreign journalists should also have their Russian Foreign Ministry accreditation.

Accreditation for journalists to cover news conference of Vladimir Putin closed

The news conference will be held on December 17, 2020.

Due to the challenging epidemiological situation, the news conference will be held in the videoconference format this time, which the President will join from his Novo-Ogaryovo residence. Members of national federal and foreign media will be invited to the same World Trade Centre’s conference hall as in previous years.

Journalists from regional media will participate in the news conference from their respective federal districts. Special video link platforms will be set up in every district. The number of participants will be limited based on Rospotrebnadzor’s requirements.

The Organising Committee would like to announce that accreditation requests from journalists to cover the events celebrating the 75th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941–1945 are no longer accepted.

Accreditation requests were to be submitted only at www.may9.ru.

The organisers reserve the right to refuse accreditation without giving any reason.

After completing online accreditation procedure, journalists can pick up their accreditation badges at the Accreditation Centre (7, Mokhovaya St).

Badges for accredited media representatives will be distributed only on July 27, 2019 from 1 pm to 4 pm at the Presidential Library building at: 3, entrance 1, Senate Square, St Petersburg.

To receive an accreditation badge Russian journalists must present their passports and editorial certificates; foreign journalists must present their passports and current accreditation at the Russian Foreign Ministry.

If a badge is received by an authorised representative of an editorial office, he or she must present a power of attorney on the latter’s letterhead signed by the Editor-in-Chief with a list of names of accredited media representatives and copies of their passports.

An accreditation badge will give journalists the right to work during the Main Naval Parade in the Neva Riva basin on Senate Square in St Petersburg on July 28.

Journalists will assemble and go through technical inspection on July 28, 2019 from 8.30 am to 10 am in the Presidential Library building at 3, entrance 2, Senate Square, St Petersburg.

Journalists without accreditation badges will not be allowed to attend the event.

The list of journalists accredited to cover the annual Presidential Address to the Federal Assembly, which will take place at 12 pm on February 20 in Gostiny Dvor, has been published.

Accreditation badges will be issued to media representatives from 11 am to 4.30 pm on February 19 and from 8.30 am to 10.30 am on February 20 at 14/2 Ilyinka Street, Entrance 7.

To receive an accreditation badge Russian journalists must present their passports and press cards; foreign journalists must present their passports and current accreditation with the Russian Foreign Ministry.

The accreditation badges should be clearly visible at all times throughout the whole event.

On February 20, journalists will enter Gostiny Dvor from Varvarka Street, then Khrustalny Pereulok on to the entrance with the sign “Russian Auction House” (TV journalists and photographers from 8 am until 9:30 am, and print media journalists from 9:30 am until 11:00 am). Journalists must have their accreditation badges and passports, and foreign journalists must also have their Russian Foreign Ministry accreditation.

The Presidential Address will be broadcast live by television channels Rossiya 1, Rossiya 24 and Channel One. The host broadcaster of the event is the National State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company (VGTRK).
