Governor of Astrakhan Region Alexander Zhilkin will deliver the main report, prepared in collaboration with representatives of government authorities, compulsory medical insurance funds, medical insurance and public organisations, and the expert medical community.
The agenda will address the problems in healthcare, particularly financing of state guarantees for free medical assistance and staffing.
Healthcare and economic development ministers, as well as governors of Amur Region and Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area, will take part in the meeting.
